Camping Rules - Romagna Camping Village

1 – CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, Customers are required to submit a valid identity document to facilitate all lawful registrations. You will be provided with an identity pass, consisting of a Club del Sole bracelet. The bracelet is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. You are kindly requested to ensure that your check-in is correct and that it matches both type of equipment and number of people. The pass-bracelet allows a guest to access and reside in Romagna Camping Village; it must be shown upon entering, and our staff may verify it. A pass, allowing access to one car only, will be delivered at the Reception desk. By law, Customers entering and exiting the premises must notify the check-in staff of such movements by submitting and/or collecting they bracelet and car passes, in order to carry out the required registration. Exits that have not been notified within 24 hours are deemed non valid and will be charged. Mobile Home are at our Customers’ disposal from 5.00 p.m., whereas pitches are available from 12.00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Overnight in pitch is allowed only with camper, caravan or tent. It will not be possible stay overnight inside a not equipped vehicle. Management reserves the right to refuse unwanted or overbooked guests, at its sole discretion.

2 – DAILY VISIT

Daily visitors are only allowed to enter on foot, from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., after submitting an identity document as well as paying the “daily visitor” entrance fee. Should anyone be found on the campsite premises with no authorization, they may be charged with Unlawful Entry as per art. 614 of the Italian Codice Penale (Criminal Law Code).

3 – PITCH NUMBER REGISTRATION

The pitch number is assigned by the staff in charge. You are kindly requested to arrange your equipment in the defined areas, and to keep the entrance side towards the street. Cars must always be parked inside the pitch. Any pitch change must always be approved by the Management.

4 – VEHICLE TRAFFIC

Cars, motorbikes and scooters cannot circulate inside the campsite, to guarantee tranquility and safety for all guests. When this is inevitable, you are kindly requested to keep a 10 km/h speed limit. Circulation is forbidden from 00.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m.
All cars inside the Campsite, as well as those in the external car park, must be equipped with a special badge, to be collected at the check-in desk. Cars without such badge will be removed.

5 – MINORS OF AGE

Guests below the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents, and will be accommodated with them, or with any person having legal parental charge; parents or legal tutors are also responsible for the observation and respect of all campsite rules. Adults must be vigilant, so that their children do not disturb the other guests. Moreover, the youngest children must always be accompanied by an adult when using the toilets. To welcome underage people without their parents’ presence we need the guest to fill in, sign, send back or hand over at the arrival the form available on the website. Together with the form you have to enclose a copy of a valid identity document of the signing parent. This procedure will prevent the young people an unpleasant wait at the check-in. The campsite Management fully disclaims all responsibility.

6 – RESPECT OF SILENCE

From 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 00.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m., any noise that may disturb other guests is forbidden. Consequently, in order to respect all guests’ right to sleep, it is forbidden to pitch or disassemble tents or structures, or to play excessively loud radio or TV. Yelling, screaming and noisy playing are also forbidden. Romagna Campsite’s Management reserves – at its entire discretion – the right to immediately expel any Customer who disturbs the other guests’ tranquility or contravenes the aforesaid regulations.

7 – GATE HOURS

Opening / closing is regulated through fixed timetables, and gates will be only accessed through a card.

8 – SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION

Some waste-disposal areas are present throughout the whole campsite area, aimed at implementing separate collection of paper, glass, plastic. Customers are requested to use them correctly.

9 – RESPECT OF GREEN AREAS

All of the following activities area strictly forbidden: damaging plants and flowers and/or threading on flower beds; digging holes or fissures in the pitch soil, and anchoring tarpaulins (or any other structure with ropes or cords of any type) directly to the trees. Guests are not allowed to modify the soil state. Guests are not permitted to pour any boiling or salty liquids. The use of barbecue is allowed only in the specific areas and only observing the necessary security regulations.

10 – MAIL

To collect your mail, please ask the reception. Mail must be personally collected by the receiver. After seven days, all uncollected mail will be dispatched back to the sender.

11 – SAFE-KEEPING OF VALUABLES AND LOST OBJECTS

Customers who find any lost objects, both on the beach and inside the Campsite, are kindly requested to bring them to the Reception. We strongly advise on paying attention to all personal belongings and adopting all necessary precautions. Money and jewelry are not to be left inside tents, caravans and Mobile homes.
The Management disclaims any responsibility for any loss or theft of goods that have not been submitted for direct custody.

12 – CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Sinks and washbasins must be used in compliance with the instructions. Clothes washing and dish washing are only allowed in the appropriate areas. Chemical wc must be emptied into the specific draining points located in the toilets. It is strictly forbidden to pour any liquid into street manholes. It is strictly forbidden to throw litter, cigarette butts, chewing-gums or other garbage outside the recycling areas or bins. The Management reserves the right to carry out maintenance and technical checks inside the Mobile homes, also in the absence of a Guest.

13 – ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY

Pitches are supplied with 6 Ampere electric power: this value is based on the consumption of low-absorption devices. The power connection will only be supplied to guests whose cable and plug comply with EEC norms. Mobile homes are supplied with 10 Ampere.

14 – USE OF COMMON FACILITIES

Shared facilities such as swimming pool, playground, and beach-volley field are used at one’s own risk. Regulations concerning the activities above are reported on specific notices posted on the premises. It is not permitted to play football, bowls, beach volley or other sports outside the specific areas.

15 – PETS

Pets are allowed at the Management’s discretion. Cats and dogs must be vaccinated and have appropriate medical records to be submitted to Management on check-in. Pets are allowed in Mobilhomes. The presence of pets must be notified by the booking (Mobile homes/Pitches). Maximum 2 pets per structure are allowed. Pets are not allowed in the toilet blocks and in the children playground. Dogs must be on a leash and it is suggested to take a muzzle with you. Pet owners are obliged to pick up their pets’ excrements, using a scooper or the bags found in the Dog Toilets located inside the Campsite. Owners will be fully responsible for any damage their pet may cause to third parties. Dogs belonging to dangerous breeds are subject to previous acceptance by the Management.

16 – DEPARTURES

Mobile Homes must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. – Pitches must be vacated by 12.00 a.m. Upon departing, please leave your accommodation or pitch tidy.
Tour Operator Guests, who have already paid their stay, must checkout and ask for a zero amount Receipt the day before leaving.

17 – COUNTER

Payments accepted: cash (max € 2999,99), Credit Card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, Eurocard).

ENTERING THE CAMPSITE IMPLIES FULL ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIACNE TO THE RULES.
ROMAGNA CAMPING VILLAGE’s STAFF CAN CHECK THAT THE RULES ARE RESPECTEN AND MAY SIGNAL THE MANAGMENT ANY INFRACTION.
