Is there a swimming pool? How does the access work?

Since 2020 Romagna Family Village has a new pool. Access is included for all the guests of the village who show an identification bracelet.

Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment staff is active every day (from June to September).

Is there a Restaurant and a Minimarket? Can I add a Half Board or Full Board service to my stay?

You can find the Restaurant-Bar and a Minimarket at the Romagna Village. It is possible to add our Hotel formula (B&B, half board and full board) to your stay.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes, with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.

Do you have Wi-Fi? Is it free?

Wi-Fi is available in all the village and it is free of charge for all guests.

Is beach service included?

All our guests have 20% discount on the pricelist for equipment at affiliated beaches.

How far is the Family Village from the beach?

The Romagna Family Village is on the seafront at Riccione Terme.

How far is the Village from the town? How is it connected?

Romagna Family Village is 1.5km from Riccione town center. You can easily get there on foot (20 min), by bike (10 min) or by public transport.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (for amount not exceeding 999.99€), debit cards and credit cards. At check-in a deposit of up to 200 euros may be requested to the guest, this is to cover any damage caused to the accommodation. The deposit will be fully given back the day of the check-out if the accommodation is left in perfect conditions.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs, cats and pets are welcome inside the Romagna Family Village. They are not allowed in the swimming pool and in the supermarket.

What are the conditions in case of cancellation?

When can I check-in and check-out?

For accommodation, the delivery of keys is from 5:00 p.m.; check-out is on the morning of departure no later than 10:00 a.m.

Can I choose a specific accommodation number?

No, it is not possible.

Are the cleaning service, bed linen and towels included in the price?

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order. If the guest prefers not to take care of it, the final cleaning service can be added for an extra charge. The hire of bed linen and towels (unless otherwise indicated when booking) is never included in the price of the accommodation.
